Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bodhi Ku. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent policy for cancellations and refunds. This policy applies to all bookings and services. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. General Cancellation Rules

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to bodhiku.health@gmail.com or through our booking system. Verbal cancellations (e.g., phone calls) will not be accepted unless confirmed in writing.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations received more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking/start time will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount (minus any applicable processing fees).
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations received between 24 and 72 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the booking, or no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Tiered Policy Based on Booking Amount

To accommodate smaller bookings while protecting our operations for larger ones:

Bookings under ₹10,000:

  • Full refund if cancelled 72 hours or more in advance.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 72 hours in advance.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or no-show.

Bookings ₹10,000 and above:

  • Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more in advance.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 24 hours and 14 days in advance.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or no-show.

3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • No-Shows: If our team arrives at your designated venue and no one is present, or access is not provided to start the service at the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show. The full booking amount will be charged, with no refund.
  • Late Arrivals/Readiness by Client: Since we provide services at your venue, the session will start at the booked time only if you (or the designated person) are ready and the venue is accessible. If there is a delay on your side beyond 15 minutes from the scheduled start time, we reserve the right to shorten the service duration accordingly or cancel the remaining session without refund, to accommodate our next commitments. No additional time will be added to compensate for client-side delays.

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests are treated similarly to cancellations and are subject to availability.
  • One free reschedule is allowed if requested more than 72 hours in advance (for bookings under ₹10,000) or 14 days (for larger bookings).
  • Last-minute rescheduling follows the same refund tiers as cancellations.

5. Refunds Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Any bank or payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; all refunds are issued electronically.

6. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen events beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, serious illness, or government restrictions), we may offer a full refund, credit, or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

7. Non-Refundable Items or Special Cases

  • Deposits (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Bookings during peak seasons, special events, or promotions may have stricter non-refundable terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Gift vouchers or promotional bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable or extendable.

8. How to Cancel
